You will want:
Dish detergent
Scrubby sponge
White vinegar
Both lemon juice and salt Or water and baking soda
Mineral oil
The 1st step – Clean.
Cleaning the board with heat soapy water and a scrubbing sponge will get off any seen particles and can take away a small quantity of oil from the board. Use heat water and scrub gently. You are not making an attempt to sanitize with this step so do not use sizzling water. Sizzling water is unnecessarily aggressive and can harm the board over time. Rinse the entire cleaning soap off when the floor is clean.
A phrase of warning – don’t submerge portable boards in water. Water will soak into the wooden fibers inflicting the wooden to swell and warp. This breaks the glue bond within the lamination. Then because the wooden dries, it cracks.
